Cancellation & Refunds Policy

At GigaGen Mart, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. If you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been dispatched.
- To cancel your order, please contact us at support@gigagenmart.com or via our customer support number.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Return & Refund Policy:
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional discounts.
- Hygiene-related products such as water toys, if packaging is opened.
Damaged or Wrong Products:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
